Brooke manages the day-to-day operations of the Executive Lease team, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of this business area.
With a background in psychology, Brooke chose to focus on the business aspects of the field rather than pursuing a clinical career. This decision has enabled her to gain a deeper understanding of the motivations behind individuals, businesses, and team dynamics. She finds it particularly rewarding to support businesses in achieving their goals and to assist candidates in finding their next professional challenges.
Brooke has worked with a diverse range of clients across the not-for-profit, public, and private sectors. This experience has allowed her to build a broad professional network and develop a keen understanding of her clients' needs.
Outside of work, Brooke enjoys Reformer Pilates, exploring retail therapy, and spending quality time with family and friends.
